North Pole Market: A charming market inspired by the North Pole offers festive treats like hot chocolate, mince pies, gingerbread cookies, and mulled drinks. Food trucks and restaurants provide a variety of holiday-themed snacks, creating a delightful culinary experience.

North Pole Passport Activation: visitors can enhance their festive experience by participating in the North Pole Passport activity. Upon arrival, guests can collect their exclusive North Pole Passport from the Visitor Centre. This passport serves as a guide to various attractions and activities throughout the event. As participants engage in different experiences, such as snowy adventures, canal coloring, and the Xshot challenge, they can collect stamps in their passport. Once all stamps are gathered, the completed passport can be redeemed for a complimentary hot chocolate, adding a sweet conclusion to the adventure
